RoboHelp 5- When compiling the text is changed from arial to another format!

When compiling our Robohelp 5, in some projets the new texte is changed from arial to another text format. Where is this coming from and how do we correct this?

After my system was upgraded to Word 2003 RHX5 was constently getting "hung" up. Micrsoft error reporting said it was a Word issue so II downloaded the "fix" from microsoft and the next thing I know is Ariel 10 is coming out as Times New Roman....arrgggg. I download the RH patch that was suggested and it works just fine. Just remember after you reopen RH, compile the project. It works real good. Thank You!

Hi Jojojak.
Can you tell us what type of output you are producing and also just confirm you are using the RH for Word application.

Our output is WinHelp 4 Format.
