Search Result displaying too much of article

Our software knowledge base is hosted on Robohelp using a Frameless skin. Most search results display just fine with the article title and a short snippet below each title.

One particular search term gives a number of results, one of which has 41 lines below the article title instead of a snippet:

Is there some way of restricting the snippet to one line or similar?

Weirdly, if I search for "sheet formulas" I don't get the billion line summary for that topic but I do for "schedule formula". It's definitely a weird one. In addition to checking the topic as Jeff suggested, check if this topic does/doesn't have a description in the topic properties. It shouldn't matter, but if it's different from the other topics you could try adding/removing to see if that changes the behaviour.  I'm grasping at straws though.

(Oh and on a side note there seem to be some topics with draft/review notes in them, such as  Project Analysis Report 'Is this where option to display metrics will go?' just stumbled on a few while trying out some searches to see if I could spot any code differences between topics.)

Do note there are several options in the output preset for controlling what text displays in the search results. The options depend on what version of RH you're using. You might want to read up about them just to confirm they're set up as you need.

I added a description and it fixed it! Thank you!

And yes - those draft notes should not have made it through, they've just been updated. Thank you!

Take a close look at that topic - I suspect there's something wrong with it to include all that text in the result.

This topic "Metric Calculation Sheet Formulas" which is the name of the article? Or the search term "schedule formula"? Thanks for your help.
