Unable to Compile using Robohelp 7 and Word 200

Hello.
I am new to this forum and am also new to Robohelp.
I work in the IT department for a company and some of our users use Robohelp. They were recently all upgraded to Robohelp 7 (They received the full Communication Suite Upgrade).
Since they have been upgraded they are unable to compile help files in Word 2000 using Robohelp.
They recieve an error message but it does not give any details of what the problem is.
I have looked at other posts and have tried re-registering the RHComAdd.DLL with no fix.
I have reinstalled Robohelp, but no fix.
I have upgraded to version 7.02 but still unable to compile documents.
I myself do not use the program so forgive me if i am not giving enough information.

Just for the record, RH7 supports Word 2000 to 2007.

I may be wrong, but I thought that RH 7 didn't support Word 2000. Did it work on 2000 before?

I have Word 2003 at work and 2002 at home and I remember thinking that when I work from home, I'll have to VPN into my work machine.

Sorry you haven't had a response to this. The problem is that many authors have converted to RH HTML so there are fewer users of RH for Word and even fewer of those supporting the forum.

Did you uninstall the previous version? Nothing else I can think of but I did see the same some time ago when I was testing something for someone. Didn't resolve it other than the same way you did.

We have managed to find a work around for this.
If we try generating WinHelp 2000 on maximum compression it works all ok, but it still refuses to generate Winhelp 4
