I haven't been ussing my 10 asstes/month and yet I have 0 assets available. Could somebody help with this? Thank you!

The credits get alllocated very precisely on the minute of the monthly term. Check also in https://account.adobe.com/plans that your plan is active.

 

@EvilBug1 may chime in and check what is going on, but feel free to contact Adobe customer support if you think that this could help.

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
