Adobe Stock Not Working

We have an Adobe Stock subscription and despite a valid credit card and paid bills, we can't buy images at the usual rate without a pop-up prompting us to pay for a new subscription... Makes no sense and now we can't get stock because we aren't going to pay an additional fee for something we already have.

Do you have a Teams account? You need to assign the stock plan to a user, before you can buy licences.

Hello @edwardm99115110, I can confirm that you've used up your monthly plans credits. The next renewal date will be on 07/28.
