I'm experiencing an issue while downloading images. I frequently encounter the error message: "The system noticed many requests coming from you, please be patient and try later." After waiting a few hours, the downloads sometimes resume, but the error keeps recurring.
Could someone please explain why this is happening? Is my account at risk of being banned or restricted due to this issue? Any insights or advice on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
Hi @ImageMarket - I just checked with team and they said this is an anti crawling feature we recently added in. After hitting 3000 downloads within 2 weeks, you will see this message. But you just need to wait for few minutes between downloads and it should work fine. Hope this helps. Thanks!!
I need to verify the type of plan my team admin is using for our Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams account. I suspect that the admin may be selling a 1-year plan to team members while actually using a team trial plan. Could you please help me confirm the exact plan that my team admin is added to and provide details on the duration and type of subscription currently in use?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, also having the same problem - and I did not reach the 3k of images within a week. Could you be so kind to support? I have removed the cookies, browsing history and even tried in different browser.
The limit is 3k assets in two weeks (14 days!) not one week. So that would do 1500 assets a week. That would mean licensing 300 assets a day for a 5 day work week.
