Dear Adobe Support,
I am currently encountering issues with my Adobe Stock account. Although I have an Adobe Enterprise version provided by my university, which previously allowed me unlimited access to Adobe Stock, I am now unable to download any assets. My account still displays that I have an unlimited Adobe Stock option, but every attempt to download results in failure.
I have confirmed with my university's IT department, and they have assured me that no changes were made on their end. This leads me to believe that the issue might be on Adobe's side. Here are the details of my situation:
- Adobe Product Used: Adobe Enterprise Version
- University Affiliation: edith cowan university
- Problem Description: Unable to download from Adobe Stock despite having an unlimited account.
- Error Messages Received: No errors, but can't download anything even can't do anything with adobe stock
- Troubleshooting Steps Taken: cache cleard, browser chanaged, ... etc
