Just purchased image - ai generated and extremely low resolution - refund please!

Just purchased image #:  641899816 - and it is very pixellated and not usable - fake upscale to 6000px of a very low resolution AI generated image - refund please!

Suspect all the images in this user: keisuke collection are like this too.
