Libraries not loading completely

Every time I try to open one of my libraries with saved and/or licensed images in my browser on my desktop computer, the page only loads the first 20 or so images, then keeps trying to load, but nothing happens. Very unfortunate if there are more than 50 or 100 images in one library. And while the loading process goes on I can't open any of the few shown images to license or download them. I have already emptied my cache and tried another browser, but that did not change anything.

I also encountered the same problem. The pictures collected in my Adobe Stock library cannot be previewed and will jump away when clicked, and the pictures collected below cannot be loaded. What should I do?螢幕快照 2023-11-10 下午4.54.51.png

I think it's a problem on the Adobe website, so that users can't do anything about it. Maybe adobe hast to clear their website cache instead of telling us to do so. Several years ago I encountered a very similar problem and it was resolved by Adobe. They did something on their end and it worked again. Today I'll get a phone call by some support member. Maybe I can lead them in the necessary direction. If so I'll give an update here.

 

In the meantime try to access yout stock media through the creative cloud app, that works for me.

I got a call from Adobe technical support and they asked me to give them more information via email about errors in my webbrowser to help them idintify the problem. If you encounter the same issue with Adobe Stock libraries ask the support to help you and talk to someone in technical support. Maybe that will take a while until you get in contact with the right person. Don't give up! Tell them exactly what problem you have, so that they can further investigate and maybe give you a call, too.

Non è possibile visualizzare l'anteprima delle immagini raccolte nella maggior parte delle mie librerie Adobe Stock e scompariranno quando si fa clic, mentre le immagini raccolte di seguito non possono essere caricate.
Ho chiamato l'assistenza e aperto un ticket, ho provato a cambiare browser, nessun tipo di pop up attivo, è come se la libreria andasse in loop di caricamento e rimanesse in un limbo, anche facendo un re-fresh della pagina il problema persiste.
Se voi risolvete il problema, comunicatelo per favore.

No, they don't. At the moment I can only access them through the creative cloud.

Yes, I have already sent all the errors in my browser console to a member of the (english) support. Shall I copy them here, too? I had to send two different .txt-files with all the error messages.

If the libraries don't load on assets.adobe.com website, then the issue is not tied to Adobe Stock.

Then where is it tied to? There are a lot of people around the globe as it seems who encounter the same problems at the moment. I looks as if something is broken on the adobe stock end. I hope you can find out where exactly.

@Bibilelo  io ho lo stesso problema di malfunzionamento delle librerie Adobe stock, ho fatto alcune prove ese puo' essere di aiuto a capire quale sia il problema io ho alcune informazioni che potrebbero essere utili:

* Interagendo direttamente sulla risorsa in libreria, non accade nulla, ma se con tasto destro mouse si richiede di aprire la risorsa in un nuovo pannello, si ottiene la visualizzazione della risorsa con tutti i dettagli del file.

* Con la mia prima libreria creata nel 2020 in cui ho solo 8 risorse all'interno il problema non si presenta e funziona bene come ha sempre fatto in passato.

Penso che se il problema non dipenda da i browser utilizzati o da pop-up che impediscono l'apertura, anche perchè tutti gli utenti che hanno riscontrato questo problema hanno seguito le indicazioni del support adobe che dava questi consigli per la risoluzione del problema, ma che non sono efficaci a risolvere nulla.

Confido nel supporto tecnico perchè possa capire cosa c'è in backhand che causa il problema, le librerie sono uno strumento importante e devono funzionare correttamente per rendere efficiente e fluido l'attività di lavoro.

Spero di aver fornito informazioni utili.

I have the same issue!  It's never happened to me before, this is definitely an Adobe issue.  I've also emptied my cache and tried other browers and nothing works.  I'm gonig to try to contact Adobe this morning for help.
