Accepted Images not showing up in Portfolio

Dear Support Team,

I am relatively new on the Adobe Contributor Program and have about 150 images approved and they show in my dashboard. Only when I go to my Portfolio page, only about 110 show up here, this issue I have been having since I have the account. When I search for the title in the Adobe database I can find them though. Can somebody assist me on this issue?

Thank you very much

With Love,

Robert

You will need to contact contributor support on this, except if you are talking about the portfolio product as mentionend by @Nancy OShea . Unfortunatly the public contributor portfolio is also called portfolio, so it is sometimes confusing.

Are you asking about your Adobe Portfolio website?  Or the Stock Contributor Page?

If the latter, refresh your browser (Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+R) to update results on the Contributor Page.

If the former, see below.

https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/articles/360036798993-Sharing-Adobe-Stock-Collections-on-Adobe-Portfolio

To share your Adobe Stock Collection on Adobe Portfolio:

  1. Log into your Adobe Stock Contributor account.
  2. Choose a collection you wish to share on Adobe Portfolio.
  3. Click on the More Options (...) icon.
  4. Click Share to Adobe Portfolio.
  5. You will be presented with the message confirming you want to Share to Adobe Portfolio.

Once your collection has been successfully shared, you will be redirected to a link to your updated Portfolio website.

Note: It is not possible to share video files. Only images can be shared to Adobe Portfolio.

Hope that helps.
