I am currently traveling when I suddenly recieved mail saying my account has been deactivated. I was also due to recieve my payout done earlier. Will I recieve that payout or that too won`t happen? Also what could be the reason for account deactivation? I have all of my RAW clips proving that I shot everthing which I upload to my account. Has any of you ever faced this? Is there specific someone I have to contact to see that I get my reason for deactivation at the earliest? Adobe stock contributed to 90% of my income and I was definitely looking for that payout. Apologies for the rant but I got family to feed and this seems just unjust.
Wanted to update that my account has been reinstated. I followed advice of people on this forum and just waited till contributor support contacted me. There were some fradulent sales which were removed and I got my account back.

That's, unfortunate.. You should see a Contact us link when you attempt to access your dashboard. Use it and ask for further details. Suspicious activity can mean a number of things, such as someone using a stolen credit card to purchase your assets. It's not necessarily something you did yourself. Your account is being investigated further, and you can not withdraw funds until and unless your account is reactivated.

Good news, some contributors wait for months to get this resolved.

Subject: Account Deactivated on June 28, 2025 – Seeking Guidance
Hi everyone,
My contributor account was deactivated on June 28th, 2025, due to alleged suspicious activity. I've been contributing for over 5 years and have always followed the submission guidelines carefully. I also had a pending payment at the time of deactivation.
I'm unsure how to proceed and would greatly appreciate it if anyone who has successfully reinstated their account could share the steps they followed, how long the process took, and any other advice that might help.
Thanks in advance for your support.

Your only option is to use the Contact us link available on your dashboard. Afterward, your only option is to wait while Adobe completes their investigation.

Thanks for the response. I’ve already reached out via email regarding this issue. Still, it just doesn’t sit right when you invest so much time and effort—especially for a company as established and respected as Adobe—only to be left empty-handed when situations like this arise. It’s disheartening, to say the least.
