Adobe Firefly image size issues

Please help tech support for Adobe. I encountered several issues while creating AI art with Adobe Firefly. Firstly, images downloaded from my personal account were saved to my desktop at a resolution of 512x512 pixels, which does not meet the higher resolution requirements for submissions to Adobe Stock. Upscaling these images to meet the requirements resulted in quality loss, leading to denied submissions. Additionally, my student account at Full Sail University did not present these issues, indicating potential differences in account settings or features. Please fix or update.

If you are using Firefly, there is an Upscale button on the top right side of each image. That should upscale your asset to 1024x. The asset would still need additional upscaling, For other upscaling options, watch this YouTube video:

Adobe should consider to provide higher resolutions instead of upscalers please. I don't like upscaling.

The lower resolutions are to save rendering time. Why produce larger images (like most AI programs do) when someone will generally only like 1 or 2 of the results? The end result in the same with respect to quality.

Not an accurate answer. Adobe CAN allow fast rendering time and THEN strong upscale for the ones you like. Adobe should do MORE for the average user, rather than what they DO do, which is expect every user to have a solid PhD in Adobe before they can do anything with these low-res images. Adobe COULD do it. They elect not to. And they leave it to the user to discover "Oh, ok this is like a novelty UNLESS I know 10 other Adobe programs inside and out for 20 years"....

Quality issues are not necessarily related to file size alone, but what have you been using to upscale your assets? Meanwhile, the image you posted, while small, has a few rendering errors. If you could post this example at full size on the contributor forum, we can take a closer look.

Thank you for your prompt response regarding the issue I am facing with my submissions to Adobe Stock.

I would like to share the example image in the contributor forum however, the only resolution I receive when I click the download button on a generated image is 512x512.

The only option would be to use Adobe Express to resize the image.
