Adobe stock contributor - error message when trying to upload.

Hi. I've not had trouble uploading photos previously but now I'm getting a message the says " Unable to upload all files. All of the files in your selection are unsupported by adobe Stock and hence cannot be uploaded". I was only trying to upload one image in the first instance. Any ideas why this would happen and how I can rectify it? Thanks in advance.

Correct answer Jill_C

Incorrect file type? File too small?

Same for me. Both file size and format are correct.

The FTP method works at least a little bit. You can upload via FTP.

I'm having the same issue. Trying upload from mobile, but keep getting an error message. It's definitely a bug if everyone here is experiencing the same uploading problem.

I'm having the same problem. Yesterday I was using the web interface to upload several images. It said there was an upload error, so I tried again a few times to no avail. Then later when I came back to shut my computer down they had ALL been uploaded, so I ended up with multiple copies of the same files. So, today I uploaded a new batch and got the error message but I'm going to hold off on uploading more. I really do suspect there is something wrong with the site itself.

Same for me today -- Oct 26 2024.  I think they must be having issues? Maintenance?

I was able to upload via FTP. The browser is not working for now.

I upload using the web interface. I am very careful when I prepare my submissions, but today I started getting the error "photoName.jpg had upload errors. Learn more about submission." Sometimes I would get the error "your files had upload errors adobe stock." when I tried to upload the same file. The description of the warning was just my file names. After 20 minutes my files that I got the warning for started to come up in bits and pieces. Then I tried it in Bridge and got no error.
I love the Adobe family, maybe there is a technical error in the background. I am writing here for the record.

It has to be a bug. It always takes forever to upload the file (just one) for me.

Thanks. I tried first in Bridge and got the error message. I then tried to upload an image directly from the desktop to the contributor uploader and the 'too small' message appeared. So problem now solved. Thanks for your reply - much appreciated.

Interesting that you dont get the error message when sending from Bridge. I send all my images from Lightroom Classic, but they're always full size high res photographs, so I've never encountered the problem.
