Advice why the image is not accepted

This is really helpful. Next time I will be examining my images more closely!

AI diffusion from Midjourney (or any service) often produces imperfections and lost details. It comes with the territory. 

You should closely examine every aspect of your image at 100-300% magnification and correct what you can.  Discard elements you can't fix with replacement or other editing techniques. 

Also, PNG is the wrong format. PNG should have transparent backgrounds.

Nice picture. I would increase the contrasts. As it is a monster, you can have some anatomical freedom, but the jaw does not work well. It looks like there are two different jaws superposed. That seems to be a general AI image problem. Moreover, the candle lighter is more like an Escher illusion. And there are more little issues like this.

However, you won't definitively not need a model release for this friendly person. 😄

If you zoom in and inspect it carefully there are things that just don't make sense - the hole in the jaw, the odd shaped items on the wall on the left, crown molding that disappears in the right, squiggles of light that aren't attached to anything...  But I'm just guessing, and I've already spent too much time looking at this ghastly thing !!!
