How can I upload a calendar template?

It's about one year that I am trying to upload the vector file I made, but they are always rejected.

There is an exaple attached.

I can't understand why, because in the past some other file have been correctly uploaded and after also bought.

Thank you!

As soon as you could upload and submit the asset, you do not have an upload error. And if it gets returned with a “quality issue” you should check your assets for quality errors. You need to address the issues and then you can try again.

Check your assets for quality issues and if you can't find them, post the asset here as an Adobe Illustrator file (if you can't upload the .ai file here, rename it to a .pdf. That should work).

But as I said in my prior post: if you added the pictures of the cats, you will get refusals, as pixel images embedded in a vector file are not allowed.

BTW: using a ZIP file to add a raster image as a preview image is no more required and the JPEG file simply gets ignored. Anyhow, ZIP files are no more accepted.

Preview images are generated automatically. Don't concern yourself with them.

Focus on the submission requirements for Vector Graphics (.ai, .eps or .svg).

You can't upload templates. You can only upload Adobe Illustrator files, EPS files or SVG files.

If the calendar has been rejected, you will need to check the rejection reason. Post it here (only the title) and we may know where to look.

One thing that I saw: embedded pixel graphics are not allowed in vector assets.

Thank you for your reply. I've uploaded the vector file several times during the last year: ai, svg, eps. Always via ftp. Some times also whit a jpg for the preview. Anyway the last time the reason in "quality problem"

The raster part of the file is only for the preview.

I couldn't find a detailed instruction for preparing and upload the file in the right way.
