Okay, I am completely giving up now. I have been trying for last three hours to upload a 19 Mb file and every time I get an error message after the file is uploaded. (yes, it takes up the time to upload, an error message pops up. FYI, it is a zip file with an ai and jpg file. I uploaded one file before it. This was the second one. If anyone can help with the issue, it will be of great help.
Without seeing the file it's impossible to troubleshoot. The error message is appearing because something is not compliant with our requirements.
Is the jpg in the .zip folder at least 15 MP in size (MegaPixels not MegaBytes)?
Are there any other files in the .zip besides the AI and the JPG?

Yeah same problem , it would be helpful if it actually said what the error was, how stupid and annoying that it doesn't

Did you check what Mat said:
If you checked that, and it doesn't work, create a simple test file, try to upload that. If that does not work, post that simple test file here. That protects your work, and we can have insight into your ZIP file.
