Help identifying why my vector illustration was rejected for quality issues

Hello,
I've submitted several vector illustrations that have been approved, I just got my first rejection yesterday and I'm having trouble understanding the reason. This is the reason given to me:
"Your file has one or more of these issues:
- Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.
- Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.
- Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)
- You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file."
Now, I believe none of these actually apply to my submission so I'm wondering if it's possible the issue wasn't actually listed here. I've included a link to the ai file(as I can't attached it for some reason) as well as the jpg. If anyone here could help me it would be appreciated.
