Help with understanding the reason or qality rejection

Asking community for help to understand the quality issues of some of the rejected photos. Thank you in advance!

DOF is too shallow. Little, if anything is in focus.

2) noise

3) get rid of those reflections

4) blown out - try to shield high reflective surfaces.

In addition I think that you have clipping in the blues.

Sure, maybe a different moderator, maybe less reflection on the tube, maybe no clipping of the colour, maybe less noise, maybe no artefacts.

I would have edited out or weakened the reflection on the colour (but most probably: I would have made the effort to shield the colour from the light source by using a reflector or similar.
