How to declare ai generated vector files as ai generated?

I came across an vector illustration on Adobe Stock which is declared as ai generated, this one:

https://stock.adobe.com/de/images/watercolor-halloween-haunted-house-castle-vector-illustration/625016106?asset_id=625016106

How is this possible? I don't have a button to declare my ai generated and hand traced illustrations as ai generated and get rejected for using ai without declaring it. It seems to be possible to do as the user NanZie Art Room also did it, but i dont find a solution how to do this. Anyone has a clue?

AI generated vectors are not permitted by Adobe. However, Adobe does sometimes apply the Generative AI tag automatically using a software program, and sometimes it's wrong based on frequent complaints that we see here in the forum.

If you get a refusal, the text of the refusal may indicate some generative AI reasons for the refusal, but that text is pretty general and not targeted on your precise asset. It just shows the most comon reasons for that refusal. You need to know that moderators chose between refusal reason one to nine. The text is the same for all. Even my old refusals are talking about generative AI. At the time, the text was different, the heading was the same:

Vector illustrations are not allowed to be generative AI, so it's not possible to declare them as such. If you come across marked vector graphics, it's because Adobe's AI, which is checking assets, marks them erroneously as AI.

AI has double meaning.

In this case, it means Adobe Illustrator file; not Generative Ai.

Not in this case. And not in the sense OP is asking.

In this context, AI does NOT mean Generative Artifical Intelligence.  It means Adobe Illustrator (.ai/.eps) files.

Adobe Stock only accepts Generative Artificial Intelligence files in JPG, or if it contains transparent regions, PNG.  See example of Generative Ai submitted as JPG.

Hope that helps.

That's strange. Why is Adobe doing this? I understand that Adobe doesn't need millions of auto-traced ai vector files, because the quality would be pretty bad. But why declare an artists original vector work as ai generated? That seems strange and unfair. However, thank you for the information! 🙂

Apparently they needed to develop a program that automatically identifies assets as Generative AI because so many Contributors were accidentally, or intentionally, failing to check the Generative AI checkbox when they uploaded their images. But it's not infallible. I'm not certain that this one is Gen AI, but if it's not, the tag will remain until the Contributor notices it and asks for it to be removed.

Please help me, I made a mistake.

Submitted two t-shirt design files, made AI generative, AI forgets to tick mark. File is in review now what should I do? Will there be any problem?
