Hi,
I'm trying to upload a zip file with an .ai (vector file) and the jpeg preview file, but every time I upload on the site I got this error: .zip had upload errors. Learn more about submission
I have tried to upload via FTP, but after the upload is completed the file don't shows in my adobe stock page.
* If I upload the files separated (.ai and the .jpeg), they are uploaded.
.zip had upload errors. Learn more about submission
Hy,
please have a look at:
"New for Adobe Stock Contributors: Adobe Sign Integration and Non-Zip Vectors
(...) Non-Zip Vectors
Great news for vector artists – you no longer have to package your vector submissions into zip files for Adobe Stock! Just upload your EPS or AI file, and we will automatically generate the JPEG preview."
Best regards,
Mario

Hi marog-pixcells,
Thank you for your reply, but I'm trying to upload the .zip file because the color of the jpeg preview that adobe stock generates when I upload the .ai or .eps file gets very saturated.
