I'm at the beach and only looking at this photo ion my phone. Assuming there's no grain, or over editing, I think the image is Beautiful. This is a classic example where comments are pure personal opinions. Assuming the rejection is for quality issues, I would resubmit changing the language describing the photo including words that say it's a real photo and not a vector of AI. Also submit under graphic resources. Personally, this is an image I would submit repeatedly until it gets accepted, specially if you like shooting abstract objects.
