People must sign a model release form to use the image commercially. Underage models need permission from their parents/guardians. Child protection laws are very strict about that.
2) Be more selective about what you submit to Stock.
Stock almost never accepts a whole series of similar images from the same shoot. They expect us to critique & filter content down to 1 - 3 of the very best shots. If you have more variants than that, hold them back and submit at a later date.
