Hi There, can someone help me?

I am trying to login Adobe stock contributor account but I got this error.

Our Account and Submission  policy does not allow multiple Contributor accounts.

To request an exception, please contact us .

I am experiencing this problem now. I have never made an Adobe Stock account, so I don't understand this error?

This can really only be solved by contributor support. There is nothing that this community of peers can do for you. You will need to contact Adobe contributor support via the link at “Contact us”. Adobe will answer via e-mail, so watch your spam folder. The answer may take some time, depending on the workload of contributor support and the complexity of the investigation. So be patient and do not spam the contributor support.

Follow-up on Adobe Stock Account Reactivation (Case 00454904)

Dear Adobe Contributor Support Team,

I’m following up regarding my Adobe Stock account. Despite receiving
several case numbers, I haven’t received any clarification on the reason
for the account hold or an estimated timeframe for resolution.

Please activate my account. I've recently changed my phone number due to
personal reasons and would appreciate your assistance in resolving this
issue.

Could you please provide a specific update on my case and confirm whether
any further action is required on my part to reactivate my account? I would
appreciate any detailed information or next steps to help resolve this
issue.

You are not addressing Adobe here, but contributors like yourself. We can not be of assistance. You listed a case number, but then said you had several. Having more than one slows down Adobe's investigation. You need to continue waiting. You have no other recourse.

I've been trying to resolve the issue with my Adobe Stock account being inactive for three months. Despite sending emails and messages, I've been getting case numbers in response, but without any explanation for the reason behind the account hold or an estimated timeframe for resolution. Every time I follow up, typically every week or two, I receive a new case number without any update on the status. What can I do to resolve this issue?

If you have multiple case numbers, you are impeding and slowing down Adobe's investigation. You need to continue waiting.

There are known compatibility issues with users in Bangladesh. You need to use the contact us link on your page to contact Adobe and explain your issue in details so that thy can help with a resolution.

Hi @RafaahaYousuf ,

From what I gather, you are allowed one Behence account per Adobe ID. Therefore, if you have multiple Behence accounts, you would have multiple Adobe IDs. As a contributor you are allowed one Adobe ID. Hence, Adobe will disable the excess IDs (Accounts).

As far as I can tell, Behance accounts are one per customer. Not one per email account. You need to contact the Behance Service team and ask them about merging the two accounts.

Do you have more than one account? That is no longer allowed, so Adobe is probably disabling one or the other automatically.

I have more than one behance account with different accounts. I didn't use adobe stock before for contribution.
this is my first ever account and I use to this for contribution.
