Intellectual Property Refusal Question

Hello,

I travel a lot so I post a lot of images related to my travels. I have facing problems with most of them as they might contain street images or some statues and monuments. However, reseaching for the subjects in the photos for sale from other contributors, the same content is there, why???

I also submit a lot of images from my travels, but I ensure that there are no recognizable people and that all signs and logos are edited out. If there are too many logos and signs or if it's not possible to edit them out without spending an extraordinary amount of time, I don't bother. The PS Remove Tool has made that a much easier job, A statue in a street scene isn't necessarily going to result in a rejection unless you make that the primary subject of your composition.

Because.

  • they may have had a release
  • they may have contributed an editorial use picture only
  • there may be a different cause for the IP refusal, like logos and things like that.
