i craeted this image by myself using photoshop.but they are telling that this looks like AI generative one.what can i do for this?

Checking your asset, there are several quality issues with your creation, so that my guess is simply that the moderator selected the wrong refusal reason:

There are several copy and paste errors vissible in this image. I see them on a high definition (UHD) monitor.

Unfortunately this happens from time to time. It has been suggested that you can resubmit the asset along with a property release indicating that you are the sole author.
