My images are not searchable

Hello, 

There are 5 of my images that have been approved, but when I try to search for keywords (as a buyer), none of my images appear at all.

On the dashboard page, when I click on the image number, a new page opens with the words: 

Page not found
Sorry, that page doesn't exist
Try your search again
 
In contributor page when I clicked "My Portfolio", a new page appears that says "We couldn't find any all results for . Try your search outside of portfolios."

Surprisingly, one of my existing images was already downloaded by a buyer. I was puzzled, how could he buy when the picture could not be searched?
 
I have tried to chat on https://helpx.adobe.com/, but there has been no answer, it took a long time and it says "Sorry for the delay. We're busier than expected. Thank you for your patience."
 
Is this a bug on the adobestock website? Or is there a mistake on my part as a contributor?

There is no bug on the website. You are probably located in a restricted country, where assets need to get additional vetting. The assets are open for sale in the other regions, however. That is no problem, as long as you do not provide highly localized content. 

 

If you publish your public portfolio link here, I can return a link to your portfolio that works.

There is no bug on the website. You are probably located in a restricted country, where assets need to get additional vetting. The assets are open for sale in the other regions, however. That is no problem, as long as you do not provide highly localized content.

Where are you located? It's possible that you're located in one of the countries for which assets require additional vetting before they're displayed and available for sale in your country. Please provide the asset number of one of your assets, and I can verify that it is displayed here in the U.S.

Thank you very much for the explanation, one of the team from Adobe has contacted me, and he said to try changing the region to UK or US, and after that my images are already visible.
