Payout Button Not Clickable After 45 Days

Hi everyone,

I need a little help. My Adobe Stock Contributor account has over $25 in earnings, and it’s been more than 45 days since my first sale (April 14). I also have no pending payouts.

However, the “Request Payout” button is still not clickable. I’ve tried different browsers, refreshed the page, and cleared the cache, but nothing works.

Is anyone else experiencing this, or does anyone know what I should do?
