Thanks for your time and explanations.

Today i resummited 2 of pictures with modifications done.

If a picture shows peoples from behind but only 4 of them is this ok ??  Im shure there mum can reconnised them , but their face is not visible.

Au plaisir,    Gilles

Hi,

as you can see in the Adobe Contributer guide, it is ok if people in the picture can only be recognized by themselves or their relatives and if no special features (face, tattoos, etc.) are recognizable in the picture, Then a model release is not required.

Greets and good luck,

Hi. Since these photos are very nicely done, there must be problems with a property release. These places must be recognizable and there are people in some that might also be recognizable so model release might be necessary. Check compliance requirements for new stock contributors and property violations. Regards, JH

Hi,

yes, I think the following problems are here with the pictures:

Picture 1:

property violation because of advertisements/shop names, falling lines at buildings

Picture 2:

property violation because of the advertisement/shop names and the car number plate, falling lines at the buildings

Picture 3:

property violation due to identifiable persons
