It's too small. The asset needs at least to be 4Mp so that you can upload this. But do not try, it will be refused anyhow because there are massively artefacts in this asset, artefacts, that let me think that the source of this are bad JPEG files.
If it is really hard work to get to this, you should stop and do something else.

First of all, you did not follow the guidelines for submitting png files. PNG must have a transparent background. Alo, your image is a little soft and appears to have artifacts between light and dark areas.

Look here for more information on PNG files: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PNG
If your asset does not contain transparency, upload a high quality JPEG.

Sorry for that. Check the requirements.

No one wants to break any hearts here. The point is that it's necessary to understand ALL of Adobe Stock's requirements in advance of investing your time in creating an asset to ensure that you can actually comply with those requirements. Thus, you will avoid the disappointment of having the asset rejected.

I have to agree. Stock customers won't pay money for this. They want professional quality images for use in commercial projects -- posters, TV and billboard ads, marketing, product packaging, magazines and merchandise. Who will buy this? What would they use this for?
I'm guessing Stock is no longer accepting abstract backgrounds as they already have 145 MILLION abstract backgrounds. With so much competition, nobody will find yours and nobody will buy it.
Find other things to submit that have more earning potential. Below are some ideas for inspiration.
Also carefully read the submission requirements. Rasters are submitted as JPG or transparent PNG (no background)
Vector graphics are submitted as .ai, .eps or .svg files.
Hope that helps.
