why i can't able to upload this image in adobe stock?
i work so hard just to made this one

It's too small. The asset needs at least to be 4Mp so that you can upload this. But do not try, it will be refused anyhow because there are massively artefacts in this asset, artefacts, that let me think that the source of this are bad JPEG files.
If it is really hard work to get to this, you should stop and do something else.
