Question

Reject upload file location?

Hi, I've uploaded 500 photos. 50 of them have been rejected due to their resolution, which is fine. However, how/where do I locate these 50 images so that I can resolve the issue?. Does Adobe store them for review, or does Adobe just tell me which ones they are and when I click off it, the list is gone?

Also, for the photos that have been uploaded, I have the metadata imput already for descriptions etc, but do I have to manually click on each one individually to say there is no recognisable person/property, or is there a way to bulk do this action?

Thanks.

If I understand your question:

The 50 rejected images would be under the Not Accepted tab as thumbnails. It's assumed you still have those assets saved locally on your hard drive(s). Adobe does not store those rejected images for you, as they are not a backup site. If you have not saved them locally, they are gone.

Bulk actions are not available. If you did not input this information correctly at the time of submission (titles/keywords), then you would need to delete those assets and resubmit them.

Does that help? Again, I may not understand your questions correctly.

Thanks for the quick reply. There is nothing in the Not Accepted tab as I haven't submitted anything yet. I am still at the upload stage, and the 50 files were rejected at upload, not at submission.

When they were rejected, a box with all the file names of the rejected files was displayed, and the only option given in that box was to "upload more".

I have 500 uploads, so trying to identify these 50 will be a task. ....unless Adobe keeps this log anywhere?

Hm. Well, if they were rejected during the upload stage, then they didn't meet the file size requirements. And no, to the best of my knowledge, Adobe does not keep a log. I'm guessing at this point that you do not use Lightroom as the means to upload your assets, which would show you which assets were rejected during the upload process.
