Rejection due to technical problems

Hi everybody how are you? Can someone help me to detect why I was rejected this image? the reason is technical problems but I would like to know more to learn from my mistakes. Thanks first of all!

The dehaze slider in LightRoom Classic should be able to help the hazy sky considerably, but it does appear that the focus throughout the image might be too soft.

I understand! Thanks for your help! It is true now I can see it better, the photo has a lot of fog and although it illustrates the environment of the moment, it lacks focus anyway.
