Rejection generative AI image for a false reason

Hello community. Please let me know if this is a common practice in AI generated images moderation. My image has been rejected for a reason 'NON-COMPLIANT IMAGE'  - Non compliant use of another artist’s name.

But I didn't actually use any author name in my prompt (I attached the screenshot).
It is not clear how the moderator made such a false conclusion. One gets the impression that pictures are missing arbitrarily and without reason

Just making an assumption here, but I would suggest not using your prompt as the title of your asset, if that's in fact what you did. For example, the background is not "simple," so the focus is not on the boots. And what does "energy-efficient lighting" mean? No one would use that as a search term. Again, I'm just assuming you used the prompt at least a part of your title. And as I've mentioned numerous times before...get away from the default square aspect ratio. There are so many other options.

Yes, the title is written based on the prompt. Thank you for the tips!

As Ralph mentions there are problems with the shoe laces but also most of the 'stripes / lines'. And I would be careful not to have words or sentences that are not understandeble in english.

Open AI is protected. Did you use that in your keywords or description?

Non-compliant generative AI content:

Your content gets rejected, or in severe cases, your account may be suspended if you:

  • Mislabled your generative AI submissions by not selecting the checkbox "Created using generative AI tools"
  • Submitted assets generated with reference to other artist(s) in the prompt.
  • Include references to names of people (including artists), places, or property in your prompt, and/or include them in your title, or keywords.

Files may also be considered noncompliant due to watermarks, inappropriate or irrelevant keywords or titles, or questionable or defamatory content. Also, if you get a reminder to provide or resolve a problem with a release and you resubmit the file without addressing the issue, we’ll reject it as noncompliant.

Thank you for your answer! The name 'Open AI' was not specified in the description and keywords. I know that it is not necessary to do this, it is enough select checkbox "Created using generative AI tools"

If you get a non-compliant refusal, that may be one of the reasons shown, but nobody claims that they are the exact reasons. It's stock text. Everyone, including myself, gets that text shown. I even have that very same text on a 6-year-old non-compliant refusal on an out of focus picture. You are simply putting too much weight on the text and not on the real causes.

Non-compliant is also issued when the keywords or the title do not conform. And there is also an “other” reason. Content not compliant with overall guidelines! That's mainly good for all, could even be applied to quality issues or anything else.

We have seen multiple assets with severe quality issues getting this refusal too.

If I rember correctly, the form message lists three reasons:

- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.

- Undeclared Generative AI Content.

- Content not compliant with overall guidelines

Sometimes the moderators check the wrong reason. Usually, it is a quality problem. If not, the second or third reason in this text generally applies.

If you would load your original image here, we could check for quaylity problems. In this small image I already see rendering errors on the laces.

Thanks for the help mr. Ralph! Indeed, there are three reasons listed in the list, but the first one was highlighted in capital letters and circled in red, so I considered it to be the main reason and decided to go here to the forum. The rendering of the shoes is not perfect, I agree with that.
