I’m writing to kindly ask for an update regarding my contributor account, which has been blocked due to a violation related to Generative AI content.
I submitted a support request and received case number 00399506, but I haven’t received any response yet. It’s been several days, and I’m really hoping for a second chance to correct any mistakes.
This is my first violation, and I truly want to continue contributing responsibly and in compliance with all Adobe Stock guidelines.
I’ve taken time to review the contributor terms and AI content requirements and I’m ready to follow them strictly moving forward.
Please let me know if there’s any additional information I can provide.

You are not addressing Adobe employees here in this forum. We are contributors like yourself. You have alreaady contacted Adobe and have recieved a case number. Now you have to wait.

You've received a case number. That was Adobe's response. How long before you know if or when your account will be reactivated can depend on the number of investigations ahead of yours.

Unfortunately, contributors who have had their accounts blocked have waited weeks or even months before Adobe completed their investigation.
