Unjustified size upload error message in contributor ??

Hello I hope this message is recieved well,

Im having an consistent error message when I should not during the upload process In my contributor account. I go to upload photographs, Im getting the error saying that my image size is too small. It has to be 4mp and vectors have to be 15 mp.

These are photographs and are ranging between 8mp to 50 mp per photo.

The last photo size was 50.3 mp 6144x8192 all are in jpeg format.

Please let me know what I need to do to remedy this issue. I would love to get back to uploading.

Could you post a screenshot with the error message? And one of the pictures that provokes this error?

Hello, Sorry for the delay. The holoidays are always hectic. With that, I hope your doing well and thank you for helping, I do appreciate it.

Although the photos shown are not the ones Im getting the error when uploading , the error message in red is the one Im referring to. Along with the information to one of the photos located on the bottom right hand of the screen.

please let me know if anything else is needed I will get back to you immediatly. Thank you again.

You could add one of the incriminated pictures by using the drag-and-drop area.

If it's consistant, you could upload a dummy picture. You just need to make sure that your asset triggers the error.
