Hi, I often see images with png transparency which have options to download with jpeg or with png. I want to know do we have to uplaod both jpg and png if we want this option also or the jpg version is created by adobe itself on every png?
Second: Like in this image there are mulitiple varitions of mangoes in png. If we want to create it what will be the process? I will generate png files from midjourney and remove background and then upscale it with topaz gigpixel. what will be the next step?

Correct answer Abambo

You submit the PNG with transparency and Adobe creates the JPEG file for the customers. Uploading one and the other will be considered spamming and will lead to your account to be blocked.

The submitted assets will be shown indeed with a white background. Customers will be presented the assets with a transparent background as here:

Adobe specifically states, do not upload the same image, one in png format and the other in jpeg. Even if there was no choice between jpg or png, the latter can easily be flattened to remove the transparent background (or replaced with color or an image) and then saved as a jpg. So...a png image is sufficient.

Read the help page which specifically states Don't submit png and jpg of the same file.
