Why can not redeem code Creative Cloud app? but i push "click here" but can not open page

I am stock contributor. i get reward for more than 6,000 downloads in 2022. why can not redeem code Creative Cloud app? but i push "click here" on blue banner in dashboard to a link URL but i can not open page. Invalid code? or Expire code?

 

I try contact to live chat but i waiting specialist for a long time. yesterday and today 2 hour.

I've been waiting for a long time. I haven't been helped yet.

It looks like Adobe has closed the “Adobe partner” site. At least that's what Google announces when doing a search.

I suggest you contact Adobe contributor support. Please update this, when you have a return, as this could be of interest to other people. Need help? (Stock Contributor Support)
