Bonjour,

je me sers d'images adobe stock comme inspirations ou images de départ. Le problème c'est que j'ai des gros soucis de mémoire depuis un grave traumatisme crânien qui a eu lieu en août 2020. Apparemment, j'avais déjà acquis un forfait adobe stock de 10 images par mois, mais je l'ai oublié, et du coup quelques semaines ou mois plus tard, j'en ai pris un autre. Entre temps, j'ai dû faire opposition de ma carte bancaire qui était reliée aux paiements adobe. C'est quand j'ai changé mes informations de facturation que j'ai vu que j'avais deux forfaits de 10 images par mois. Il est impossible de désactiver la première formule. Il n'y a pas de bouton "gérer la formule". Après m'être renseignée sur le web, il semblerait qu'elle soit à 29 euros, mais le tarif n'est pas écrit dans mon espace personnel, et moi je souhaite ne garder que la seconde dont le tarif me convient bien mieux, plus respectueux de mon budget, surtout vu l'utilisation que je fais des images. Comment procéder svp? Merci d'avance pour votre réponse.

It looks like you were able to resolve your issue. I can see you only have on renewing Adobe Stock subscription now.
