Question

AI images and video appearing in searches even with 'Exclude Generative AI' filter on.

I've been browsing for stock video for a film project today and despite having 'Exclude Generative AI' filter turned on, it's still throwing out results littered with AI slop.

I'm working on a project which is founded on a strict  'no generative AI' ethos and this is becoming frustrating. Not only does it mean wasted time questioning what's authentic and what isn't, it potentially means mistakenly using generative AI for a project with disclaimer stating that Generative AI hasnt been used.

I'd be grateful if someone can explain why this is happening?

Because if Adobe isnt able to police it's content effectively, it should say so.

After a couple of decades of buying Adobe products I'm now beginning to think about finding an alternative.

Just curious. When you do a search for videos with the AI filter set to exclude AI, are you still seeing the AI notice in the bottom left-hand corner? Or are the videos just obviously bad AI that have not been correctly marked as such (which would be against the rules and contributors doing so would likely be banned if reported).

The videos are clearly ai but not marked as such. The ai filter is definitely on, so I'm guessing that the problem is that there's no effective human oversight from Adobe.

If you can post the asset number(s), someone might be able to take a look.
