Are There Any PNG Files or Clops with Alpha Channels?

Hi guys

Can anyone tell me; are all the images Jpg or is it possible to download PNG files to make it easier to work on and blend with some of the projects I am working on? Likewise, do any of the clip files contain alpha channel So I can layer them over other clips on PPr?
