Can’t cancel annual monthly paid plan
Dear Adobe
3 months ago I decided to try out stock images for my hoppy. However I just wanted to try it out since it said that it was cancelable and too expensive for me to run with.
However I couldn't see the option of cancel
my subscribtiin under account management.
it's been 2 more months and ive been billed twice: 275DKK and now I can't cancel without paying a total of 1200+ DKK.
I haven't used it in those two months and I would love to get a full refund and a full cancelation please.
