I've downloaded the image #605087106 from Adobe Stock twice and both times the image failed. Half of it came with stripes as if it hasn't downloaded correctly. Now, if I try again, the time for download is 4 hours so I believe something is wrong with the image itself.
I've downloaded the file from the Adobe Stock website and do not see the issue. This may be something on your end, either your ISP, browser or network. You can clear your browser history and try again, try to download on a different network or check if your ISP is throttling your downloads.
