help please cant find same picture that was generated by AI

found a nice picture that was generated by AI but did not have credit so i downloaded preview version with AdobeStock watermark on it. after that paid to Adobe bought credit to buy royalty free version of the same picture. but now can't find same picture searching by ID that says there is no such image on website. tried all different ways to search by image , search by id etc can't find it... help please

    i can't see the picture, it doesn't work for me? any idea why?

    ok found the solution of the problem ... for some reason if i switch region to United States it works fine..

    It could be that the contributor decided to delete the image or closed their account, or the account was de-activated by Adobe. If it's the latter, the account may be undergoing an investigation, in which case it may or may not be available again in the future.

    Adobe Community Expert | If you can't fix it, hide it; if you can't hide it, delete it.

    I am able to search for the image and find it in the Buyer portal.

      ok if i switch to region to United States it works fine but now i get an error if i try to buy it.. it says "this asset cant be licensed"

      any idea why?


      Searching works when you change the region but we still invalidate the sales of images (which we made unavailable in specific region) - I will seek for a way for you to get this image in your region but meantime - I like to suggest that you search for similar images which are available in your region.
