How to change the address on an invoice

Hello community, 

I've bought an image on Adobe Stock and did the payment via Paypal. But the address on the invoice is not correct, there needs to be our company's name as invoice recipient. How can I receive an updated invoice? Any help would be much appreciated. I'm a bit puzzled why there is no direct support for these invoice questions. Or if there is, I did not find it, obviously.

Never mind, I finally found the chat button. I needed to use a different browser. On Chrome it shows up but on Firefix it didn't.
