start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html
if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english - https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-trial-mode.html
if that fails, change the install location

We're sorry for the trouble. The subscription is showing active at our end. The solution articles shared by @kglad should be enough to get the issue resolved. If not, could you share a screenshot of what you see when you sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop application?
We're here to help.
Regards,
Shivangi

So now that we know that you have a stock plan, you should tell us, if it is an individual plan or a Teams/Enterprise plan. And you should tell us if you also have a creative cloud plan and if that plan is an Enterprise/Teams or an individual plan. The more accurate information we have from the start, the faster we can propose a solution.

So your Creative Cloud plan and your Adobe stock plan are both individual plans?
What plans do you see, when you go to https://account.adobe.com/plans?

Do you happen to have a stock subscription? A Teams or Enterprise subscription, or an individual subscription?
Showing your plans (individual): https://account.adobe.com/plans
For a Teams or Enterprise subscription, you need to use the admin console as an administrator.
As for your stock file:
The file will be either in your download directory or in a library in the cloud. https://assets.adobe.com/libraries
