I have checked the file and opened the file in Illustrator CC 2019 at my end and did not encounter any issues.

Could you please let us know with which application are you using this file with?

Also, is there an error which you get while opening this file? If yes, please share a screenshot so that we can further assist you.

That file is an Adobe Illustrator file. Are you trying to open it in Illustrator? If so is there an error message or anything?
