Hi Sheena,

I just accidentally licensed a photo. Is there a way to undo this now? Thanks for your assistance!

Hello, we just licensed a video (FILE #:  390019348) and only need the HD version but accidentally purchased the 4k version for way too many credits. Can we swap our license to the smaller HD version and get our credits back?

    Hi Kelli,

    Sorry to hear that.

Could you please share the file ID which you have accidentally licensed so that we can further assist you?

    Kelli,

Since you have accidentally licensed 1 Adobe Stock file, I have added 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

    Hope this helps!

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

I may be licensing one or more eventually but need to show to client first.
