Using Adobe Stock assets to create a company logo
I am creating a logo for a small business that will not be licensing or trademarking their logo. I would like to use adobe stock image as part of their logo such as an image of bread. Can I use these images altered or unaltered as part of the logo design. I realize this logo might not be completely unique and that is ok. This is not a corporation it is a small bread business. There are million of logo references, can I use these and just switch out the Company Name and tag and use it as their logo? If not why are they there? This is very confusing. What is the Point. The client is not looking for copyright rights they are looking for a logo they can put on the bread and business cards for their small business. Is this, OK?
- Can I use a bread image as is and incorporate it into the Logo if the logo is not going to be licened or trademarked?
- Can I use a bread image alter it slightly and incorporate it into the Logo if the logo is not going to be licened or trademarked??
- Is it Ok to use the Logo templates if you are not looking to Trademark or license your logo?
Please please don’t respond with your generic terms and conditions, I am aware of them and they are blurry that is why I am asking the question.
Thanks
