Baking issues on simple geometry

I made some simple geometry in blender and exported it to substance painter to be textured but I keep having issues with baking no matter how I UV unwrap. (I've seen people saying it has to do with UV overlapping but i cant find any faces that overlap).

 

 With further testing I found that even simple geometry such as cubes have these issues so I dont think its related to overlapping UVs.

    nvm its the nvidia driver bug, turn off gpu ray tracing in settings
