Failed to decode substance, cannot import materials

hi guys! 
I have bought substance painter 2022. And Substance designer 2023 from steam. Now i made materials in designer before and they worked perfectly well. Except now, my materials either don't work at all or look COMPLETELY different. I have a log file, if you guys need it. But i desperately need help, because my deadline will hit in 5 days.

Considering your deadline, sorry for the late answer.

Are the materials not working only with 2023 version or also 2022? Have you tried to reimport the materials? I'd like to see your log and one of your .SBSAR. You can obviously send those privately (cdellenbach@adobe.com) if you don't wish to share it here.

Hi cryil, it's ok, i am almost done. i can fix it in two days. 
I will send you an email, from both painter and designer 🙂

Steam doesn't allow me to upgrade or downgrade. So i'm stuck with Substance 2023 and Painter 2022. I have indeed reimported everything, and the materials work on painter 2023.
I hope you can reply quickly!
